What happens after you reach out
1. I’ll respond within one to two business days.
You’ll hear from me personally — not an auto-reply. I’ll either answer your question directly or, if a project conversation makes sense, suggest a few times for a free 30-minute consultation.
2. We talk for thirty minutes.
By phone or video, whichever you prefer. You tell me what you’re hoping to discover; I ask questions and listen. By the end, you’ll know whether a project is feasible and which package fits — and I’ll know whether I’m the right person to help.
3. No pressure either way.
The consultation is free, and there’s no obligation to hire me afterward. If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a clear written agreement before any work begins. If we decide not to, I may suggest someone better suited to your project — and we part as friends.
Whatever you share with me is treated with discretion, used only to help with your inquiry, and never shared, sold, or published without your permission. This applies to everything from initial questions to the family information you share during a consultation.
